THE HYDROCON!!!
AT LAST!!!! the HydroCON plans and designs are finished!! and after alot of conceptual testing we have proven that the concepts behind the system do work!!
the idea is very simple, in lamans terms we use a focused defuser modulating laser to heat up water molecules making them spin faster and faster until the oxogen and hydrogen atoms separate, then using a series of chemical scrubbers much like the ones found on the space shuttle we filter the oxogen and hydrogen molecules from each other creating fresh oxogen to breath and hydrogen. the hydrogen can be used as very cheep fuel and the oxogen can be pumped back into the air, after enough time we could produce enough fresh oxogen to dilute the CO2 in the air and slowdown or maybe even stop global warming in fact the polar ice caps for have always been a melting theat in the event of global warming. we can use them as a souce of fresh water once melted thus eliminating them as a melting theat, not effecting our current supple of fresh drinking water and lowering the sea level if enough polar ice is used to undo the damage we have already done!!
